Event Acknowledgement

By registering for and attending this event, I acknowledge and agree that:

Alcohol will be available. I will consume responsibly, will not provide alcohol to anyone under age 21, and will not drive if I am impaired.
Complimentary ride-share assistance will be available for attendees who should not drive. I understand that transportation will be provided by an independent third-party ride-share service, subject to driver availability, service area, and the provider’s terms. TAR does not operate or control the ride-share service.
I voluntarily assume the ordinary risks associated with attending the event, including risks related to alcohol consumption, transportation, food, outdoor conditions, and attendance at a private residence.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless the Tucson Association of REALTORS®, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, sponsors, agents, and the property owner from claims arising from my voluntary alcohol consumption, transportation decisions, or attendance at the event, except to the extent a claim cannot legally be waived.
Video recording, audio recording, live streaming, and commercial or media capture are prohibited without TAR’s prior written authorization. I will not share the private event address publicly or with anyone who is not a registered attendee.
TAR may refuse alcohol service, arrange alternate transportation, or require an attendee to leave when TAR reasonably determines that doing so is necessary for safety or compliance.
If I register another attendee, that person must separately review and accept this acknowledgement before attending.

I certify that I am at least 18 years old and I am making this contribution on a personal credit or debit card with my own personal funds- not those of another person or entity- and I meet the eligibility requirements that I am not a foreign national and not a federal contractor. Contributions are not deductible for income tax purposes. Contributions to RAPAC are voluntary and are used for political purposes. You may contribute more or less than the suggested amount. You may refuse to contribute without reprisal and the National Association of REALTORS or any of its state associations or local boards will not favor or disfavor any member because of the amount contributed. A portion of each investment is used by RAPAC in accordance with the RAPAC Bylaws to support state and local candidates. Any remaining balance is sent to the National RPAC to support federal candidates and is charged against your limits under 2 U.S.C. 441a.
